Virtusoftech ("we", "us", "our") operates Resumind, an AI resume builder. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Account information: name and email address when you sign up
- Resume content: personal details, work history, education, and other content you enter or upload to build your resume
- Uploaded files: resumes you import (PDF/DOC/DOCX) for the purpose of parsing them into the builder
- Usage data: pages visited, actions taken, and credits/usage within the product
- Payment data: handled by our payment processor — we do not store full card details
How we use your information
- To generate, enhance, and store your resume content
- To process AI requests (e.g. via Gemini) needed to enhance resume text you submit
- To manage your account, credits, and support tickets
- To improve the reliability and quality of the product
Data sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate Resumind (e.g. our database and AI providers), and only to the extent required to provide the service.
Data retention & deletion
We retain your account and resume data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
Your rights
You can access, update, or delete your resume data from within the product, or request assistance by contacting us. You may also raise a support ticket from within the app.
